Hills Circle is a new-construction residence rooted in simplicity, warmth, and a restrained material palette. A monochromatic foundation of whites, blacks, and soft greys is balanced by dark wood-look tile, classic subway tile, and concrete surfaces, bringing texture and character to the home's clean lines. With an emphasis on the kitchen and bathrooms, the design pairs rustic influences with a more minimal approach to create a home that feels serene, inviting, and timeless.
